Our prints are available in the following sizes (print only):

A4 : 210 x 290 (mm)

A3 : 290 x 420

A2 : 420 x 594

A1 : 594 x 841

If you require a custom print size, please contact us before purchasing.

We offer framing for all our prints ranging from A4-A1.

All frames are made from high quality timber, with 2mm clear glass fronts and 3mm solid MDF backing.

If you require a custom sized print for your own framing, please contact us.

If you'd like another sized frame, specialised framing can be arranged on a quote by quote basis. Contact us to find out more.

Framed prints come with a white border surrounding the artwork unless shown otherwise in our product reference images. This is because we find that some prints are enhanced by the use of white space, whilst others are displayed better without.

If you would like your print without a white border, or alternatively would like to include a white border in a product where one is not shown, please specify as such in your order notes and we will gladly accommodate.

All frameless artworks are printed full bleed without any white border.

An SVG (scalable vector graphic) is essentially an image that is scalable without a loss of quality - aka, it doesn't get pixelated or blurry the bigger you make it!

Our cut files come in 3 formats: SVG, PNG (with transparent background) and DXF. Files can be used, but are not limited to, the following programs;

SVG - Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Designer Edition, ScanNCut, Adobe Illustrator
PNG - Printing programs such as Microsoft Word. 300dpi
DXF - Silhouette Studio, Autocad

Our cut files are used by professionals and DIY home crafters alike. Files are perfect for use in lasercutting, vinyl cutting, printing, sublimation, heat transfers, on clothing, cards, cups, stationary and more! All colour is removable in SVG's, allowing for use as single black outline template.

Once you have processed your payment, you will receive an email from us immediately with a link to download your digital file. Files initially come in a 'zip' format, which is just a compressed file that needs to be double clicked to be expanded and then used!

Our cut files are sold for personal use only. They are not to be resold as digital files under any circumstance. If you require a commercial license in order to sell a physical item bearing our designs more than 20+ times, please contact us to organise a licensing arrangement.

We do! Please contact us if you would like a custom cut file created. Have an idea in mind for the design intent and we can work together from there to create what you're looking for!

Local pickup is available on a case by case basis. We are based in the Inner West of Sydney, Australia. To organise local pick up, please contact us before placing your order.

We make all of our prints to order to ensure that they are of the highest quality, and that there is no exposure of paper to any risk of damage (finger prints, dust, marks, etc.). Our frameless prints are generally sent out within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for framed prints to be dispatched.

Framed prints are only available for shipment domestically around Australia.

CUT FILES

Due to the digital nature of our cut files, we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges once purchased. However, if you have any questions or problems with files, please feel free to contact us and we will help in any way possible!
