HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE: ORDERING
All combinations of vehicles are accepted for custom illustration. All you need to do is:
- Select the number of vehicles in your image
- Choose your preferred print size
- Choose whether you'd like a digital version of your print (no physical item shipped), a frameless or a framed print.
Please ensure you select the correct amount of vehicles you desire on one portrait. If you select an quantity number that is lower than what is shown in your reference image, please specify which vehicle you would like drawn.
If you have any preference in regards to background colour or additional text on image, please specify this in your order notes.
STEP TWO: SEND YOUR PHOTO
After placing your order, we will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your vision and any specific requests you may have. During this discussion, you will be asked to send through your reference image.
Please ensure your reference image is of a high resolution, good lighting and shows any details you wish to be captured in the custom print.
STEP THREE: PORTRAIT ILLUSTRATION
Once we have received your reference images, we will draw your custom portrait using procreate or adobe illustrator to ensure a high quality image!
STEP FOUR: RECEIVE YOUR PRINT
Please allow 2-7 working days for completion of your print. Once you have purchased your portrait, we will be in touch to advise you on expected time frame for your order. It is typically 2-4 days.
For digital prints, you will then instantly receive your print as a high quality JPEG, unless specified otherwise. We also offer PNG, PDF and TIFF images if preferred.
For physical prints to be delivered, please see our FAQ for typical time frames regarding shipment and delivery. We typically allow 5-7 days from date of completion for delivery across Australia. International orders may take up to 2-4 weeks.
REVISIONS
Once your order is complete and sent to you, we offer a complimentary revision should you want to change any part of your order, to ensure you are completely happy with your print!
PRINT SPECIFICATIONS
All artwork is printed on Premium Ultra Matt 250gsm paper stock.
Frameless: We use industry benchmark Epson printer and Epson UltraChrome archival inks to ensure rich, vibrant colours and deep blacks.
Framed: The ultimate way to display your new artwork, with our high quality frames are featuring timber framing, 2mm glass front and solid MDF backing. Framed prints come in your choice of black or white.
